Tai Brown is a Jamaican American actress who made her network television debut as Addie on ABC's Grand Hotel with executive producer Eva Longoria. She stars in two Netflix projects. A multi-hyphenate filmmaker, Brown is also an executive producer, director, writer, and lead of the short film Tongue in Cheek.
Born in the Bronx to a Caribbean mother, Brown speaks Italian after living in Florence, Italy. She has performed in community theater, off-Broadway productions, and was a member of Jr. K dance company. A graduate of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Syracuse University Drama, Brown appeared in national commercials before transitioning to TV and film through the independent circuit.
