Souki is a director, recovering cinematographer, and aspiring writer based in Los Angeles. Her work appears on Netflix, HBO, New York Times, Yahoo, Refinery29, TED, Art21, Sundance documentaries "The Great Hack" and "Mucho Mucho Amor". She won Best Director at the Albuquerque Film & Music Experience for her debut "Firelei Baez", which also earned a NOWNESS Pick. In her free time, she directs mentorship programming and advocates for trauma-informed practices through documentary consulting, virtual summits, and drama-therapy workshops.
