Selena's professional journey spans storytelling, dancing, and directing. She has performed as a dancer in The Lion King tour and with Walt Disney World and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Now retired from dancing, Selena's directorial style reflects her background in dance and photography, evident in rhythm, light, and movement use.

Currently, Selena is fully engaged in production, directing commercials, music videos, short films, branded content, and three feature documentaries for various clients. Some noteworthy ones include Disney Theatricals, Facebook, Los Angeles Ballet, DoorDash, Public Storage, and Hollywood Records.

In addition, she is active in live directing, writing, creative directing, and producing for events like La La Land Live, Deal or No Deal Live, and BruceFest.

In 2019, she co-founded MikkoMia Productions with partner Allison to enhance on-set experiences. Selena enjoys leading a team, envisioning client narratives, and maintaining a positive work environment.
