Mig Macario has been an actor for over 3 decades, appearing in 50+ films, TV shows and commercials. He was part of the cast of Netflix's Velvet Buzzsaw and played "Bashful" in Once Upon a Time. He has also appeared in US commercials for Lexus, E*TRADE, Bubly, Uber Eats and Cigna. He has trained at Vancouver Youth Theater, Upright Citizens Brigade, Jeffrey Marcus Studios and with David Rotenberg, and taught on-camera acting at UCLA Extension. He has worked with Johnny Depp, Jenny McCarthy and Robin Williams, and was nominated for a Jessie Award for his portrayal of Song Liling in M. Butterfly. He is a long-practicing Buddhist and volunteered in the Philippines after Typhoon Haiyan. His goals are to keep authentically representing the AAPI community and living near the beach with friends and family.
