Melissa has over 20 years of experience as a strategic marketer, executive director, entrepreneur, and sales professional. She holds degrees in Business Administration from The University of Montana Western and Communications from Hamline University, and is a certified lifespan wellness coach. Melissa's passion for helping seniors comes from her own experience with Alzheimer's Dementia affecting her father.

The idea for Inside Senior Living was inspired by the isolation of older adults during the Covid-19 pandemic. Melissa created a docu-series, home-search style TV show for seniors and their adult children, after watching shows like HGTV’s "House Hunters" and TLC’s "Long Lost Family". Her mission is to bring aging and senior living conversations into mainstream culture.
