Originally from Derby, the youngest son of a builder and a nurse, I'm a freelance writer who has written two original TV comedy pilots, a feature film chronicling the 90s Action Movie adventures of Jesus Christ, and a short film called Here Lies…, which has been playing at festivals across the UK. I'm also working on a historical feature film set during the Industrial Revolution. I've written articles and interviewed people for BBC, Medium, Skiddle, and Environmental Graffiti, and have interviewed Tim Minchin, Ernie Hudson, Warwick Davis, and Larry Kenney (the voice of Lion-O in Thundercats). I also work for a global IT Infrastructure Services organisation, managing multi-million dollar accounts. My passions include social good and I'm an advocate for gender, race, and LGBTQ+ equality.
